1. Using Reelunica

By using the services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use Reelunica on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your account credentials.

2. Content and acceptable use

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for the text, images, audio, video, likenesses and other materials you submit. Do not use the services to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the security or operation of the services.

You retain your rights in the materials you submit. You authorize Reelunica to process those materials as necessary to provide the services you request. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other output, or subject to third-party rights; availability of an output does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or clearance for a particular use.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

The price, credits, features and billing interval for a paid plan are those disclosed to you before purchase. Where you authorize a recurring subscription, it renews at the disclosed interval until cancelled. You may cancel renewal through your account settings, or contact admin@reelunica.com for assistance.

Refund requests are handled according to the refund information disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes a cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. Service availability and responsibility

AI generation results and processing times can vary. We do not promise that every output will meet a particular creative or commercial objective, or that the services will always be uninterrupted or error-free. These statements do not exclude any warranty, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a breach of these Terms, or a security risk. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law and existing payment obligations and consumer rights.

5. Governing law — Delaware

These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

Subject to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for such disputes. Nothing in this provision deprives consumers of mandatory protections or a right to bring proceedings in another court where applicable law requires that right to be preserved.

Please contact admin@reelunica.com if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a mandatory waiting period and does not limit your right to seek relief or affect any applicable filing deadline.

6. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms and will identify the updated version by its date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law, and any additional consent required by law will be obtained. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
